Être un support efficace dans l’administration et le développement du personnel de Olam Ivoire selon son business model.



Principales activités du poste :

Administration du personnel et communication interne
Support dans evaluation des performances des employés
Support dans la gestion de la formation du personnel
Support dans la gestion des relations industrielles (agence de travail temporaire, inspection du travail etc)
Coordination dans la mise en oeuvre et le développement des prpjets RH depuis le siege
 Reporting RH


Abilités :

Capacité à travailler indépendamment – familier à la legislation du travail en Cote d’Ivoire – à l’environnement industriel.

Être à l’aise avec Microsoft office particulièrement Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.

Avoir un niveau minimum en Anglais (parlé et écrit).





Profil recherché :

Licence professionnelle ou équivalent en Gestion des Ressources Humaines. Avoir 3 ans d’expérience au minimum dans la fonction RH. L’expérience au sein d’une société Industrielle serait un plus.
