Olam Agri has been a key player in Côte d’Ivoire’s natural rubber industry since 2016, starting operations as SAIC in the Eastern Region. In Q1 2025, we expanded with a new factory in Dibobli, strengthening our commitment to quality and sustainable growth. Today, we source cup lumps from over 40,000 smallholder farmers nationwide and process them in our state‑of‑the‑art Aniassué and Dibobli facilities, both certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001, with a combined annual capacity of 176,000 tons.

Job Description

Drive execution of operational improvement and transformation projects across IVC operations. Support the Business Head by ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking for strategic initiatives.

Key Deliverables

  • Lead and track ongoing transformation and operational improvement projects, ensuring timely progress and resolution of issues.
  • Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and operational transparency.
  • Provide execution support to the Business Head by coordinating cross-functional teams, following up on deliverables, and maintaining project updates.
  • Identify improvement opportunities across processes, data systems, and supply chain practices to strengthen efficiency and profitability.
  • Prepare management dashboards, progress trackers, and briefing notes for governance reviews.
  • Monitor Africa Trading P&L, ensuring clear performance insights, variance analysis, and accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • Recent MBA graduate (2024/2026) with strong analytical and execution skills.
  • Exposure to commodities, supply chain, or trading is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • High ownership, learning agility, and ability to thrive in an execution-driven environment.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making and digital tools (Excel, Power BI, basic data analytics).
