Job Description

To ensure timely and accurate receiving, storage, and delivery of materials while maintaining quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Deliverables

Manage daily warehouse operations in line with company policies.
Supervise receipt of inbound consignments and maintain accurate records.
Monitor inventory levels, quality (FIFO), and participate in monthly stock counts.
Prepare stacking/storage plans for pasta and packaging materials.
Conduct regular physical checks of products and inventory.
Ensure forklifts are operational; coordinate repairs with Engineering.
Prepare loading plans and complete waybills accurately.
Coordinate with logistics supervisors for customer orders.
Generate daily and monthly stock reports.
Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
Recommend process improvements for efficiency and service quality.

Strategic Effectiveness

Associate degree or equivalent.
3–5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Physical ability to stand, sit, and walk throughout the day.
Good communication and coordination skills.
