Job Summary

SAP PP is an important module of SAP. It tracks and makes a record of the manufacturing process flows, for example, the planned and actual costs. Also, goods movements from the conversion of raw material to semi-finished goods. It is fully integrated with the other SAP modules: SD, MM, QM, FICO & PM.

SAP QM (Quality Management) is an integral part of several key business processes of SAP like production, sales, procurement, material management, etc. This training module will explain you various QM inspection stages step-by-step and how to invoke this process automatically.

Job Description

  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, map requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications as per the needs
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of PP; document functional designs, test cases and results
  • Identify potential work-around to system changes or limitations, identify level of efforts required to successfully implement changes to business processes and user activities. 
  • Good understanding of SAP QM in the areas of quality inspection processes in procurement, production and delivery.
  • Candidate should also have good knowledge of Notifications, Test equipment and calibrations, SPC, Quality certificates and standard reporting, possess sound integration knowledge of QM with

PP/MM/SD.

  • Capability to handle Rejections, Rework and deviation in production apart from standard manufacturing/quality processes

Profile Description

  • Experience in SAP implementations across various SAP ERP, S/4HANA, cross application business modules with focus on PP/QM module.
  • Should have experience on at least 2 to 3 implementation/support projects as SAP PP/QM Consultant.
  • Proficiency in business process knowledge and configuration in PP/QM module
  • Deep understanding of integration across Production Planning, Quality Management and Inventory Management of SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Should be able to handle the client independently (Email/Phone/Conference calls)
  • Strong analytical and conceptual design skills; strong problem-solving skills and can able to work in a team.
  • Ability to produce high quality work products under pressure and within deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of end users
