Job Summary

Olam Technology and Business Services Pte Limited, Singapore (OTBS) provides IT, Digital, Information Security and Global Business Services to Olam Group of companies spread across 65 countries. OTBS delivers services primarily through its captive Centre Chennai, India.

We are looking for an energetic and seasoned candidate who manage functions for OTBS, including MIS and reporting, budgeting, forecasting, support month-end activities. Candidate having prior experience in IT and BPO companies handling core similar commercial role will be preferred for this position.

Job Description

  • Preparation of various MIS, PNL, BS
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Collaborations with various vertical heads for budgeting, actual cost reporting and other business requirements
  • Allocation & recovery of various Costs from various customers.
  • Ensuring all month end activities like time-writing, provisioning and other activities are done timely & accurately.
  • Consolidation of corporate MIS & various cost allocations
  • Assist in driving various improvement projects.

Profile Description

  • CA Fresher (2022)/Semi qualified with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Should be able to collaborate with various teams across verticals.
  • Should be good at multitasking.
  • Should be flexible to extend work hours whenever necessary.
  • Should be willing to relocate to Chennai if outside Chennai.
  • Excellent computer literacy, particularly in MS Suite (excel, word, and PPT) will be mandatory.
  • Should have excellent organisational and analytical skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work in tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpretation, and comprehension skills, proactive and good in numbers.
