Job Description

Designing learning solutions based on business and enterprise needs
Program manage the delivery of critical milestone learning journeys that help career role transitions
Engage with external partners to co-create learning experiences that include events, clubs, external conferences, etc. / Design such initiatives inhouse.
Identifying SMEs and partners (internal and external) who will help develop specific capabilities with the organization
Streamline processes in the areas of procurement, finance, payments, etc.
Enhance employee experience in the learning and development life cycle
Integrate L&D processes with key HR processes
Periodically present an outside in view of L&D through benchmarking / market insights.
Track and create learning reports as well as cost/budgets etc.

Profile Description

Postgraduates preferably in HR from any Tier-1 schools with around 10 years of experience in HR, L&D in an IT organization

A result oriented, collaborative and an effective individual contributor
Excellent communication and comprehension skills, leadership skills, analytical and logical, ability to deal with customers/stakeholders directly
