Job Description

Strong experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Solutions Global Implementations, Upgrade, rollout & support project.
Good Knowledge of the core HR process is added advantage.
Flexible to work in Africa, Southeast Asia & Europe shifts
Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks based on the criticality of the requirements.
Coordinate with various business groups and project stakeholders in providing the solution as per the business expectation.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Demonstrate the ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.

Profile Description

Graduate/Post-graduate in Computer Science or relevant discipline with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM E2E Global Implementation, Global support, Upgrade & rollout project
Candidate should have strong experience in the following SAP HCM Sub modules – Personnel Management, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, Global Employee Management, Compensation, HCM reports & Data migration.
Experience in positive & negative time management implementation and customization of Schemas & PCR is added advantage
Knowledge in SuccessFactors - Recruitment & Onboarding, PMGM, and Reporting Centre is added advantage.
Knowledge on SAP to SuccessFactors integration
Candidates with SuccessFactors Certification is added advantage.
Excellent understanding and working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
