Job Summary

Job Description

  • Candidate should have strong experience in the SuccessFactors Recruitment module.
  • Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks based on the criticality of the requirements.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated experience in performing basic analytical tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently within a fast-faced environment.
  • Flexible to work in Africa, South East Asia & Europe shifts.

Profile Description

  • Five plus years of experience in SuccessFactors – E2E Recruitment & Marketing module E2E Global Implementation, Global support, Upgrade & rollout project.
  • RCM Certification is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in configuring Career homepage and microsite using career builder.
  • Experience in customizing the career page based on business requirements using JavaScript and CSS.
  • Strong experience in working with XML and data models and configuring Requisition template, Requisition approval workflow, Job profiles builder, families, roles, Metadata configuration, Talent pipeline, Offer approval, etc.
  • Strong experience in creating offer letters without alignment issues.
  • Experience in configuring Integration center, IAS, and IPS configuration.
  • Experience in configuring Data retention policy.
  • Experience in configuring and creating complex reports for success factors recruiting module using advanced reporting, Adhoc reporting, and Dashboards.
  • Experience in configuring Role-based permission.
