Job Summary

Job Description

Candidate should have strong experience in the SuccessFactors Recruitment module.
Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks based on the criticality of the requirements.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Demonstrated experience in performing basic analytical tasks
Excellent communication skills and multi-tasking abilities.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently within a fast-faced environment.
Flexible to work in Africa, South East Asia & Europe shifts.

Profile Description

Five plus years of experience in SuccessFactors – E2E Recruitment & Marketing module E2E Global Implementation, Global support, Upgrade & rollout project.
RCM Certification is mandatory.
Strong experience in configuring Career homepage and microsite using career builder.
Experience in customizing the career page based on business requirements using JavaScript and CSS.
Strong experience in working with XML and data models and configuring Requisition template, Requisition approval workflow, Job profiles builder, families, roles, Metadata configuration, Talent pipeline, Offer approval, etc.
Strong experience in creating offer letters without alignment issues.
Experience in configuring Integration center, IAS, and IPS configuration.
Experience in configuring Data retention policy.
Experience in configuring and creating complex reports for success factors recruiting module using advanced reporting, Adhoc reporting, and Dashboards.
Experience in configuring Role-based permission.
