Job Description

Drive operations, BAU and enhancements of security tools across the IT technology stack and across all geographies.
Provide management oversight and serve as the leadership point of contact for the Security Tools for all global deployments.
Prepare metrics, dashboards and reports for senior management, IT and business stakeholders.
Provide continuous input to the Head – IS Engineering and Operations
Drive automation in operations and monitoring of security tools.
Ensure all security tools are updated and patched for all vulnerabilities.
Periodic exception review and implementation of compensating controls to minimize the risk.
Co-ordinate and implement improvements based on feedback from IT and business stakeholders.
Drive roadmap implementation for forward leaning security operational activities based evolving threats and industry direction.

Profile Description

Candidate should have total 20+ years of overall Information Security experience and minimum 12+ in Information Security in setting up and operationalizing security tools, technologies and processes.
Should be familiar with operational activities including availability, upgrades, updates and patching of entire security stack including endpoints, network, servers, datacenter and cloud.
Should be familiar with operations and availability of advanced security tools like EDR, CASB, CSPM, CWPP, SOAR and UEBA.
Candidate should have extensive experience with security operations of cloud infrastructure like Azure, GCP and AWS.
Experience in handling teams performing vulnerability assessments and application security assessments.
Should have handled global and large-scale operations of security tools and technologies across timezones.
Experience in co-ordinating with multiple stakeholders across IT and business teams across the globe.
Experience in leading teams for global operations.
Candidate should have Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills.
