Job Summary

 The main objective of this role is to ensure that the implementation meets project scope, timeline, and budget expectations. The role will focus on creating and maintaining an onboarding plan for transition managers as well as acting as the process owner for the remote transition and transformation team. 

Job Description

  • Regular maintenance and alignment with stakeholders on process changes
  • Structuring of a new onboarding plan
  • Onboarding of new team members and following up on their progress until fully independent
  • Understanding of the contractual world
  • In complex deals, support due diligence, discovery and design phase during Pursuit.
  • Monitor and Control initial Project management plan
  • Manages project financials including triggering of purchase orders and partner payments
  • Define installation partner, prepare and perform kick-off meeting with Customer
  • Create and Discuss project/ deployment plan with customer; Define and agree on key milestones & acceptance criteria
  • Provides project status updates & reporting to internal and external stakeholders/management.
  • Provides HW Forecast reports to Business stakeholders per established governance
  • Apply project management principles, processes, and tools to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of training projects and clear communication with all involved stakeholders.
  • Use learning measurement and analytics to assess program efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that all key learning metrics are measured, published and leveraged for decision making

Profile Description

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • +3 Years of Project Management experience in IT or Shared Services
  • Client facing experience (face-to-face)
  • Excellent understanding of process documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiating and influencing skills (internal & external customers and partners)
  • Demonstrates business acumen, understanding of organizational strategy
  • Utilizes current program and project management industry best practices, and has experience across different types of services-related projects
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to the details: applies a critical level of knowing that a single word out of place in a signed contract can have wide-ranging business, financial, and legal impacts
  • Should be open to travelling to multiple sites across India and globally if work demands. Should have exposure to managing on site and remote training teams
  • CAPM/ PMP / Prince2 certification is considered advantage
