Olam Global Business Services (OGBS) is a captive unit that offers End to End business process and analytics solutions. At this moment, OGBS is located in City of Chennai, India and provides its services to over 20 countries. Job Summary

As a core member of the Olam MyHR Shared Services team, you will be responsible for HR analytics for the Olam Group. You will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Responsible for data consolidation, benchmarking and analysis
  • Collect and synthesize large data sets, carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Synthesize findings and translate data into accessible, tangible and actionable insights
  • Prepare presentations, findings and recommendations to help guide them in their decision making
  • Experience using data visualization (e.g., tables, charts, graphs) to represent analyses to an executive audience
  • Highly competent in benchmarking and measurement with a desire to drive continuous improvement in performance measures and outcomes for the business
  • Excellent communications skills and solutions, and client service-oriented with an emphasis on creativity and diligence
  • Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working autonomously at times
  • Handling large data and preparing data dashboards
  • MIS Specialist, Strong on HR Analytics (SPSS, MATLAB, ‘R’, BI tools - Tableau, others)
  • Experience in working with senior management & Leadership team
  • HR Analytics certification desirable.

Profile Description

  • Graduate or Post Graduate in HR/Analytics/Business Administration with at least 6 years in HR/Data Analytics is required 
  • Certification in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation will be an added advantage 
  • Experience in data visualization (Advanced Excel, Tableau or Power BI preferred)
  • Understand basic statistical concepts & tools (Excel) and use them to interpret MI/BI reports related to performance management & related processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office) and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
  • A proactive way of working to serve customers with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high transaction team environment
  • Flexible to work in shift
  • Demonstrated expertise in analytics for CHRO /CxO level of] large global corporations
