Being a part of the HR team, you will be involved in array of HR activities spanning across the entire employee life cycle in Olam.

Job Description

  • Assisting in Interacting with various stakeholders understanding the learning priorities for the year
  • Interacting with learning SPOCs and collating requirements
  • Creating yearly/ quarterly calendars
  • Assisting in creating learning budget basis learning priorities and requirement
  • Work with the deployment L&D Associates to ensure smooth deployment per plan and monitor deployment to ensure timely escalations and troubleshooting in case of any challenges
  • Ensure timely creation of new courses on SuccessFactors (LMS)
  • Liaise with business to create business cases and ensure the business need is adequately captured for all external trainings
  • Review learning MIS for accuracy and analyses MIS for trends (positive or adverse) and creation of Dashboards
  • Build collaterals and manage branding and post branding for Marquee programs as required
  • Develop good knowledge of business to understand business requirement
  • Stay abreast with changes in business to be able to proactively provide required solutions
  • Assist in identifying trainers (internal/external) for various learning programs • Identify right target audience for various learning programs
  • Drive participation and Emerge as a key facilitator for learning programs
  • Timely communication of new vendor requirements to the operations team
  • Assist in first level screening of vendors and trainers- in case of external vendor-led programs
  • Monitor performance to ensure only trainers with high feedback scores are used continuously
  • Assist in building and updating content as and when required
  • Assist in strategic projects as and when required

Profile Description

  • MBA/MSW HR graduate having 5 - 8 years of post qualification experience
  • Good understanding and basic knowledge of HR concepts, theories, frameworks, labor/statutory laws, people practices, and basic understanding of full employee lifecycle
  • Ability to prepare various HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and analysis as required
  • Proficiency in MS-Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills, logical and analytical skills, an eye for detail, stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Self-motivated, willingness to learn and explore opportunities, strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills.
