Job Summary

As a core member of the Olam HR team, you will be responsible for HR Delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle for OTBS. You will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Manage onboarding and partner with the TA team to ensure compliances and documentations are met per the defined process
  • Perform onboarding formalities for new joiners
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth onboarding and induction program, facilitate training, manage buddy program, drive new joiner survey
  • Manage HRIS and ensure all Employee data are maintained up to date
  • Serving as a first time HR point of contact for all Employees and manager enquiries
  • Responding to Employees and manager enquiries through our Centralized HR case management system
  • Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through Individuals and managers as well as possess the mindset to increase process effectiveness and efficiency
  • Partner with business on workforce planning and skills assessment
  • Execute the HR Ops process and programs by liaising with COEs in alignment with regional compliances and corporate directions.

Profile Description

  • 3-5 Years of experience should be preferable in HR generalist role who has handled end to end HR functions
  • Interpersonal skills, sound judgement, prioritizing tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Influencing people and developing relationships
  • A self-starter and go-getter
  • Independent thinker and entrepreneurial in nature
  • Strong Employee Onboarding experience
