Job Description

  • Running projects on introducing / improving SAP environment
  • Creating manufacturing cost templates and implementing them
  • Creating standard definition and concept of different elements of manufacturing cost
  • Looking at integrating SAP with reporting applications like BI & Tableau
  • Controlling centrally cost transformation and cost saving projects being run in the entire group in terms of reviewing progress, identifying risks and reporting the same
  • Co-ordinating centrally for reporting cost transformation, cost saving projects being run in the entire OFI Group
  • Participating in monthly operations review of manufacturing plants
  • Carrying out centrally driven finance transformation projects for all manufacturing plants in the OFI Group

Profile Description

  • CA Inter or Cost Accountant or M.Com with experience of 4 to 5 years in a large MNC or large Indian corporate with exposure to SAP being a must
  • Candidate must be comfortable with FI & CO modules of SAP – hands on experience is required
  • Candidate should be conversant with general concepts of costing like ABC, budget management – creation and tracking against actuals, inventory control, general ledger accounting
  • Exposure to reporting budgets vs. actuals, capital project progress is required
  • Working in a shared service / back-office set up but having exposure to above areas is also acceptable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills is a must – there will be a need to communicate with senior leaders across the OFI group from multiple teams
