Job Description

Looking to attract and develop high-potential fresh graduates from Tier 1 Engineering Colleges for our rubber processing operations. This is a generalist role with on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of our rubber processing operations. They will contribute to specific projects and tasks while developing their technical and professional skills to become future leaders within our rubber processing organization.

Key Deliverables

  • Learning and Development: Actively participate in all assigned training programs, workshops, and on-the-job training activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's rubber processing operations, processes, and culture.
  • Project Support: Assist senior team members in the execution of projects related to rubber processing, which may include research, data analysis, documentation, and implementation tasks.
  • Cross-Functional Exposure: Rotate through different departments within our rubber processing operations, including Engineering, Production, and Quality, as assigned to gain a broad understanding of the business and interdependencies between teams.
  • Task Completion: Undertake specific tasks and responsibilities as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate completion in the context of rubber processing activities.
  • Problem Solving: Learn to identify and analyze problems under guidance and contribute to finding effective solutions within the rubber processing environment.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including those specific to rubber processing.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress and challenges, and actively seek feedback for improvement in the context of rubber processing assignments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvement based on learning and observations within the rubber processing operations.
  • Professional Development: Take initiative in personal and professional development by seeking out learning opportunities and building relationships within the organization, particularly within the rubber processing sector

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Production technology) from a Tier 1 Engineering College.
  • 0-2 years of work experience (including internships).
  • Strong academic record.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
