Job Reponsibilties

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, workforce needs, and role specifications.
  • Develop, post, and manage job advertisements across approved recruitment platforms and channels.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through job portals, professional networks (including LinkedIn), referrals, and internal talent databases.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure a consistent, efficient, and timely recruitment process while delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, talent pipelines, and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide regular recruitment status updates, hiring insights, and basic analytics to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives in collaboration with HR and Communications teams.
  • Assist with onboarding activities and provide support on additional HR initiatives as required.

Key Deliverables

  • Own full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and successful onboarding of candidates from entry-level to executive roles.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across Olam’s global operations.
  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner to HR, business leaders, and senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce plans.
  • Deliver high standards of applicant management and internal customer service throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop recruitment materials, sourcing strategies, and outreach campaigns to support successful talent searches.
  • Create, manage, and coordinate recruitment-related content across corporate websites and social media platforms.
  • Lead and contribute to organization-wide recruitment projects, initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and report outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring best practices are embedded across recruitment activities.
