Job Description

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies
Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
Maintain inventory of IT assets and documentation
Assist with network troubleshooting and basic server maintenance
Collaborate with other IT staff on infrastructure projects
Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection policies
