Job Description

Be responsible for Rubber trading business for the company. Should be able to gain industry understanding, conduct daily operation for futures trading.

 

Key Deliverables

  • Execute short-term trading strategies across various rubber futures contracts, including SICOM, TOCOM, INE, and SHFE.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify profitable trading opportunities based on fundamental and technical factors.
  • Monitor market movements and news events to stay ahead of market trends and adjust trading strategies accordingly.
  • Manage risk effectively by adhering to established position limits and stop-loss orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date trade records and prepare daily/weekly reports on trading activity and performance.
  • Collaborate with other traders to share market insights and develop profitable trading strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the global rubber market dynamics, including supply and demand factors, economic indicators, and geopolitical events.
  • Adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field, preferably with a focus on commodities.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in prop trading or another relevant financial market trading role.
  • Strong understanding of derivatives trading and risk management techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to identify and capitalize on trading opportunities in volatile markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
