SR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

(Strategic Execution and Performance Tracking)

Job Purpose

  • Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Manager with a strong background in strategic execution, performance tracking, and delivering on organizational goals.
  • As the Senior HR Manager for Strategic Execution, you will be responsible for translating the company's strategic objectives into actionable HR plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring the successful implementation of key initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in driving organizational performance and contributing to the company's overall success.

 

Principal accountabilities (Key activities)

1.

Collaborate with the executive team and other key stakeholders to understand the company's strategic objectives and long-term vision.

2.

Develop HR strategies and plans that align with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring they support the company's growth and development.

3.

Translate strategic initiatives into actionable HR programs, projects, and policies that contribute to achieving business objectives.

4.

Work closely with HR team members to ensure the effective execution of HR programs, providing guidance and support as needed.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track HR and organizational performance against strategic goals.

6.

Regularly monitor and analyze HR data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive decision-making.

7.

Collaborate with department heads to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven improvements as necessary.

8.

Identify and address potential barriers or challenges in executing HR strategies, and develop contingency plans.

Lead and support cross-functional projects that involve HR and have a direct impact on the organization's strategic objectives.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in HR operations.

Develop and deliver HR-related training and development programs to enhance strategic capabilities across the organization.

Manage and track the HR budget related to strategic initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in strategic HR management.

 

 

Qualifications and certifications/Experience requirements

1.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

2.

8 to 10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic execution, performance tracking, and organizational development.

3.

Proven track record of successfully translating strategic goals into actionable HR plans and initiatives.

4.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and industry trends.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Must be able to communicate professionally in English and French

10

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
