Principal accountabilities (Key activities) |

Collaborate with the executive team and other key stakeholders to understand the company's strategic objectives and long-term vision. |

Develop HR strategies and plans that align with the organization's strategic goals, ensuring they support the company's growth and development. |

Translate strategic initiatives into actionable HR programs, projects, and policies that contribute to achieving business objectives. |
4. |
Work closely with HR team members to ensure the effective execution of HR programs, providing guidance and support as needed. |

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track HR and organizational performance against strategic goals. |

Regularly monitor and analyze HR data and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and drive decision-making. |
7. |
Collaborate with department heads to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven improvements as necessary. |
8. |
Identify and address potential barriers or challenges in executing HR strategies, and develop contingency plans. |
9. |
Lead and support cross-functional projects that involve HR and have a direct impact on the organization's strategic objectives. |

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices in HR operations. |

Develop and deliver HR-related training and development programs to enhance strategic capabilities across the organization. |

Manage and track the HR budget related to strategic initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. |

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new developments in strategic HR management. |
Qualifications and certifications/Experience requirements |

1. |
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. |
2. |
8 to 10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on strategic execution, performance tracking, and organizational development. |
3. |
Proven track record of successfully translating strategic goals into actionable HR plans and initiatives. |
4. |
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. |
5 |
Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. |
6 |
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. |
7 |
In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and industry trends. |
8 |
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. |
9 |
Must be able to communicate professionally in English and French |
10 |
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus. |
