About Role
A Finance Manager in Olam Agri is responsible for partnering with the business unit to drive financial transparency, accuracy, and performance. The role supports the Business Head, Sales, and functional leaders in achieving financial targets and operational KPIs by linking business decisions to financial outcomes.
The incumbent plays a critical role in delivering financial insights, strengthening governance and compliance, managing risk, and enabling efficient financial planning and reporting processes. The role also focuses on building financial capabilities and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial insights and support business strategy through strong FP&A and performance analysis
- Identify and mitigate business risks while recommending corrective actions
- Ensure strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and smooth audit processes
- Manage treasury activities, including banking relationships and working capital funding
- Oversee capital expenditure planning, tracking, and return analysis
- Drive accurate MIS reporting, budgeting, and process efficiency improvements
- Develop finance talent and strengthen functional capabilities
Job Requirements
Experience
- 5–6 years of post-qualification experience in FMCG or manufacturing-driven organisations
- Proven experience in Sales/Commercial Finance and FP&A roles
- Working knowledge of SAP modules is preferred
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- High level of business acumen and decision-making capability
Additional Requirements
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is an added advantage
