About Role

Finance is a contemporary and forward-looking function that is driving value by being a world-class partner to our business. As a Finance Manager you will partner with the business unit in the country (Business Head, Sales & Functional leads) to ensure P&L transparency & accuracy and to drive the business towards targets & operational KPIs achievement. As successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate ability to link business decisions to financial impacts.

Impact Areas for a Finance Manager

Business Financial Insights : Apply strong financial and management accounting knowledge to evaluate performance, support strategy, and drive FP&A.

Risk Management : Identify, monitor, and mitigate key business risks; proactively highlight issues and recommend solutions.

Controls, Compliance & Assurance : Ensure robust internal controls, regulatory compliance, tax adherence, and smooth audit management (internal & external).

Treasury : Manage banking relationships and funding for working capital and investments efficiently.

Capex : Evaluate, approve, track, and review capital expenditure for cost, timelines, and returns.

Reporting & Process Efficiency : Drive accurate MIS reporting, budgeting, and implement efficient financial systems and processes.

Capability Building : Develop finance talent, strengthen leadership pipeline, and drive knowledge sharing and functional excellence.

Job Requirements

Experience:

    • Post Qualification 5–6 years in FMCG/ FMCG or manufacturing driven organizations.
    • Proven experience in Sales/Commercial Finance and FP&A role. Knowledge of SAP modules are preferable.

Skills and Competencies:

    • Dynamic profile with enthusiasm to work in a matrix structured environment with cross-cultural team.
    • Ability to communicate effectively.

Education: 

    • Qualified Chartered Accountant. 
    • Fluency in English. Additional proficiency in French is preferable.
