Job Profile
RMS (Risk Management Solutions) business provides bespoke structured solutions to address our clients’ hedging requirements across the agricultural commodities complex.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and sales of risk management solutions in agricultural commodities like cotton, soybean, palm oil, sugar, coffee etc. in and around Australia and New Zealand, by conducting visits, client seminars, calls and follow-ups.
- Initiating, leading the acquisition of and maintaining an AFSL and FAP licenses.
- Staying up to date on agricultural commodity market dynamics by reading market reports, following price trends and fundamental news.
- Maintaining industry relationships and liaising with the RMS team in other geographies and internal physical business units within Olam Agri.
- Providing comprehensive structured, exotic and plain vanilla hedging solutions to both internal and external clients.
- Liaising and executing daily trades and post-trade follow up, ensuring proper documentation from Client Services and vetting daily client statements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of margin calls and managing all cash and futures transfers with clients.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Min 6 years of post-qualification work experience within sales and strong business development track record.
Specific experiences/ requirements:
- Experience in the agricultural or FX derivatives / brokerage market in ANZ market, particularly with Options
- Experience with AFSL licensing.
- Ability to interpret policies regarding OTC derivatives, capital flow and documentation requirements (for instance ISDA) in the ANZ context.
- Australia or NZ work permit holder.

- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or business Management
