Job Description

  • Manage accounts payable processes for all vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with financial terms.
  • Stock count-FG, Paddy, Packing materials, Spares & stores
  • Stock Reconciliation
  • Maintenance of Fixed Assets File & Periodic physical verification
  • Internal control
  • Month close support activities

Key Deliverables

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation & Intercompany Reconciliation.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to Rice business.

Compliance & Controls:

  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and external regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal audit teams and external auditors for financial year end audits.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with procurement, operations, and sales teams in matters related to Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • ACCA, ICAN certification is an advantage
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in agricultural or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
