Job Description

An Internal Communications Manager in Olam Agri is responsible for leading the global internal communications strategy and driving enterprise-wide engagement initiatives. The role plays a critical part in connecting employees to the organisation’s purpose, fostering a strong culture, and enabling alignment with business priorities.

 

Based at the global headquarters, the incumbent will design and deliver impactful communication campaigns, support large-scale organisational change, and shape how the company communicates its strategy and values. The role requires a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of global internal communications strategy
  • Design and deliver high-impact global campaigns and employee engagement initiatives
  • Create compelling content across multiple communication channels to engage employees
  • Partner with HR and other functions to support change management and corporate initiatives
  • Lead executive communications, including town halls and leadership messaging
  • Establish communication frameworks, governance, and collaboration models across regions
  • Draft communications on behalf of senior leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and optimise the engagement platform (e.g., Workvivo)
  • Monitor communication effectiveness through reporting and metrics, and drive improvements
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and functional teams

Job Requirements

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications; agency experience is an advantage
  • Proven track record in leading global communications and change management programmes
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, and international environments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
