Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Internal Communications Manager with a track record of successful implementation to lead global communications strategy and drive execution from our global headquarters. You will be part of a lean and central team, responsible for designing and delivering impactful, enterprise-wide communications campaigns. The team works closely with regional and country support to align employees to business priorities, strengthen culture, and support large-scale organizational change.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape global messaging, influence how the organization communicates its strategy and purpose, and engage employees to grow alongside the company as it continues to evolve. You will think strategically, have strong business acumen, and a hands-on, can-do approach to designing and implementing inspiring campaigns that bring compelling stories to life.
Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, the role will be part of the global Corporate Communications team, where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with colleagues across businesses, functions, and time zones. So, you need to be smart and efficient in your approach, with strong initiative and sound judgment, be able to juggle priorities, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Deliverables
- Contribute to the development of the global internal communications strategy
- Design and deliver high-impact global campaigns and engagement initiatives
- Develop and implement creative ways to connect and engage with employees through compelling content across a full mix of channels
- Partner with HR and other functions to deliver global change management communications and other corporate initiatives
- Lead executive communications activities including town halls and leadership messaging
- Establish global communications frameworks, governance and collaboration with country communications teams and global functions
- Draft internal messages, announcements and content on behalf of the business, senior leadership team and other internal stakeholders
- Oversee the performance of our engagement platform, Work vivo
- Manage reporting and metrics for internal communications and channels to develop action plans to continually up our communications game
- Act as trusted advisor to functions and senior stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in internal or corporate communications. Agency experience valued.
- Able to lead global communications and change programmes
- Confidence in leadership and stakeholder management at executive level
- Have passion for employee engagement and in creating compelling stories
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent strategic planning and project management
- Solid business acumen and ability to translate complex messaging into impactful, engaging and easily understood language and creative concepts
- High attention to detail to produce accurate, engaging content within tight deadlines
- Strong entrepreneurial and hands-on attitude with energy, drive and passion to work within a dynamic and fast-paced international environment
- Collaborative work ethic, skilled in building and maintaining relationships with colleagues, partners and business leaders in multiple time zones
