Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As a core member of the Talent Acquisition team, the incumbent will be responsible for full-spectrum recruitment delivery and strategic talent initiatives:
- Serve as the Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Talent Acquisition within Olam Agri, partnering effectively across business lines and delivering exceptional stakeholder experience in a global, high‑growth environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Senior Business Leaders, Functional Heads, HR Partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely closure of roles.
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies aligned with Olam Agri’s business growth plans; generate data‑driven market insights and evolve sourcing strategies using analytics.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to build strong talent pipelines; manage the execution of employer branding initiatives and monitor their effectiveness. Support the deployment of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across relevant platforms.
- Engage with candidates across regions, address mobility challenges, and support international relocation efforts in partnership with mobility teams.
- Lead University Relations and early‑career hiring programs, including campus engagement strategies.
- Champion Inclusion & Diversity across all recruitment processes and talent initiatives.
- Influence stakeholders and drive decisions within a complex, highly matrixed global organization.
- Demonstrate strong prioritization and multitasking skills to manage multiple mandates in a fast‑paced environment with shifting demands.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/University degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–12 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in a global or matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in core recruiting processes and proven leadership capability.
- Strong skills in candidate identification, assessment methodologies, and talent evaluation.
- Working knowledge of compensation structures and frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly, concisely, and professionally.
